Noel Lesley Event Services, Inc. has made its mark as a nation-wide industry leader through its dedication to quality customer service, prompt delivery, and attention to detail.

Noel Lesley launched Noel Lesley Event Services, Inc. in 1980 working out of his garage in Ashland, Oregon. He would put up tents at fairs throughout Southern Oregon and at other events around the Rogue Valley. The business grew over the years by word of mouth only….no advertising, as Noel’s commitment to his customers and their events, excellent customer service, and his ability to problem-solve became well known.

In 1984, Noel took a flying leap of faith that would change his and his family’s life forever. He drove from Ashland to Palo Alto, California, and sold himself and his business to the National Football League, promising that Noel Lesley Event Services could deliver not just tents, but could help in any other build-out projects needed at Super Bowl XIX at Stanford University. Never mind that all Noel had at the time was a black courier pickup truck, a small trailer, and a few tents. He believed he could do the job and do it well. The National Football League also believed Noel and his company could get the job done, so they hired Noel Lesley Event Services for Super Bowl XIX in 1985 and never looked back.  Noel Lesley Event Services has been the General Contractor for the Super Bowl for 33 years now and counting.

Being in charge of an event services Management Company was the perfect fit for Noel and his daughter, Carolyn, who took the reins of the company as Noel’s long battle with cancer progressed.

As the President of Noel Lesley Event Services, Carolyn knew she had some big shoes to fill.  But working side-by-side with his daughter for 9 years before his death, Noel made sure to pass on to Carolyn his important core values for both himself and the company.  For the last 8 years, Carolyn has guided the company by the principles she learned from Noel – and is always appreciative and grateful for the opportunity to follow in his footsteps.

And, as both of her parents were, Carolyn is very active in the community, supporting many charities, especially those that help and support her love of animals.  Carolyn also owns and operates Lesley Farms LLC, an Arabian horse venture she started with her mother, Mary, before Mary’s passing in 2015 after an extended battle with cancer.

Today, Noel Lesley Event Services is a leader in the event services Industry in the Pacific Northwest and western regions of the United States. Since 1980 Noel Lesley Event Services has and continues to serve a diverse clientele.  Our events range from small intimate gatherings, to very large sporting events along with concerts of all genres, corporate events, fairs of all sizes, country clubs, golf tournaments, festivals, weddings, and charity events.
